Our
Warranty Includes:
- 100%
complete satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.
- Warranty
includes all parts, labor and materials for 13 months from
date of installation.
Installation
is warranted to be free
from defects in material and workmanship under normal use
and maintenance for a period of thirteen months from the
date of original installation. A quality replacement part
will be provided and installed without charge by the ServAssure
Dealer. His warranty applies only to the product in its
original customer/installation location and is voided if
the product is reinstalled elsewhere.

This warranty includes all labor incurred for diagnosing,
repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or
handling of either defective parts or replacement parts.
This ServAssure Dealer Warranty assures the customer's complete
satisfaction as agreed upon and discussed in the sales proposal,
which has been signed by both the homeowner and the ServAssure
Dealer or the customer will receive a complete refund.
In the unlikely event that the customer is not satisfied
with the ServAssure Dealer installation, the ServAssure
Dealer will have every opportunity to make amends. If the
customer remains dissatisfied with the installation, they
can notify the ServAssure Dealer Governing Board at 877-SERVASSURE,
or fill out the customer feedback
form The Governing Board will review the installation
and make recommendations to correct the installation. If
the customer is still not satisfied with the installation,
their money will be refunded and the installation removed.
Our
Dealers will NOT be responsible for:
-
normal
maintenance as outlined in the installation and servicing
instructions or owner's manual including filter cleaning
and/or replacement and lubrication or any failure resulting
from lack of maintenance.
- Failure
to start due to voltage conditions, blown fuses, open circuit
breakers or other damages due to the inadequacy or interruption
of electrical service.
- Damage
due to freezing or condensing water, inadequate or interrupted
water supply, use of corrosive water or rearrangement of
plumbing system.
- Failure
resulting from over-firing, use of incorrect fuel, and improper
burner or control adjustments.
- Damage
or repairs needed as a consequence of misapplication, abuse,
improper servicing, unauthorized alteration or improper
operation.
- Damage
as a result of floods, winds, fires, lightning, accidents,
corrosive environments or other conditions beyond the control
of the ServAssure Dealer.
- Parts
not supplied or designated by the ServAssure Dealer.
- Electricity
or fuel costs or increases in said fuel costs for any reason
whatsoever, including additional or unusual use of supplemental
electric heat.
- Any
problems due to service work or system modifications performed
by someone other than a ServAssure Dealer.
All implied
warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability)
are hereby limited in duration to the period for which the
limited warranty is given. The expressed warranties made in
this warranty are exclusive and may not be altered, enlarged
or changed by any person whatsoever. All work under the terms
of this warranty period only the remaining time period of
this warranty.
